By downloading, accessing or using Reply AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Reply AI is provided to help you generate reply suggestions for your own conversations. You're responsible for how you use those suggestions.
You agree to use Reply AI lawfully, in line with the Acceptable Use section below, and to review AI-generated content before sending it to anyone.
Reply AI uses an AI model to generate reply suggestions based on the message or screenshot you provide. These are suggestions, not guarantees of accuracy, tone or outcome.
AI can be incorrect. Reply AI doesn't know the complete context of your life, relationships or circumstances — always review a suggestion before sending it. Reply AI is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice, and should never be used in an emergency.
You agree not to use Reply AI to:
Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to Reply AI.
Reply AI includes 3 free replies per day at no cost. Reply Pro is a subscription that unlocks unlimited replies and rewrites, screenshot analysis, all tones and no ads, at $2.99 per week, $6.99 per month, or $34.99 per year.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime via Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple in line with Apple's refund policies.
Reply AI's app, branding and content are owned by Vikas Jauhari or their licensors. You retain ownership of the messages you provide.
We may suspend or terminate access to Reply AI for violations of these terms. Reply AI doesn't use accounts, so there's no account to delete — your data is primarily stored locally on your device. See Managing your data for exactly what's stored and how to remove it. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
Reply AI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies or analysis will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your situation — you are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to send any suggested reply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vikas Jauhari (trading as Software Bros) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Reply AI, including damages resulting from relationships, communications, or decisions made based on app-generated content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page; your continued use of Reply AI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
