No. PDF Scanner AI's core scanning, OCR and PDF features work without any sign-up or login.
Certain features may require an auto-renewable subscription. Price and benefits are shown before purchase, billed through your Apple Account. Manage or cancel anytime via Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
PDF Scanner AI doesn't use accounts — there's no sign-up, login, or profile, and your documents are stored on your device, not on our servers.
Scans, PDFs, annotations and signatures live locally on your iPhone. Delete individual documents any time from within the app, or remove everything at once by deleting PDF Scanner AI in Settings → General → iPhone Storage → PDF Scanner AI → Delete App.
If you've enabled Face ID or Touch ID protection on a document or folder, that lock is managed by Apple's authentication framework — we never receive or store your biometric data.
