These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PDF Scanner AI ("App"), operated by Software Bros ("Software Bros", "we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
PDF Scanner AI provides document scanning, PDF creation, text recognition, document organisation, annotation, signing and related utility features. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations.
You retain ownership of documents, images, text and other content that you create, import or process using the App. You are responsible for the documents you scan and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to process them.
The App provides tools that allow you to create and place signatures on documents. You are solely responsible for determining whether a digital or electronic signature created using the App is legally sufficient for your particular purpose or jurisdiction. Software Bros does not provide legal advice or guarantee that a signature created using the App satisfies any particular legal or regulatory requirement.
Text recognition and automated document processing may occasionally produce inaccurate results. You should verify important information against the original document before relying upon it.
PDF Scanner AI is a document utility and does not provide legal, medical, financial, accounting or other professional advice. Information extracted, summarised or processed by the App should not be treated as professional advice.
Certain features may require an auto-renewable subscription. The price, duration and benefits of each subscription will be displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the selected subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal according to Apple's applicable subscription terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings.
Any free trial or introductory offer will automatically convert to the applicable paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial or offer period ends. The specific price and terms presented at purchase control the transaction.
Software Bros may provide certain features without charge. We may modify free feature limits in future versions, subject to applicable law and Apple's requirements.
The App, including its software, design, branding, logos and other materials provided by Software Bros, is owned by or licensed to Software Bros and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you.

If you are an Australian consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the App, users or our legal rights, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
